  1. Interaction Activity > Interaction Pullback Report

  2. Enter Closedminimum criteria

       
    Report Template Interaction Pullback Report
    Period e.g. Yesterday
    Times e.g. 8:00am to 5:00pm
    Group by e.g. Date
    Extension / Queue Number e.g. 5700
       

  3. Add Release Type: View how interaction terminated

     

     

  4. Press Preview from toolbar to view report

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Press Export in Preview toolbar to export as a document (e.g. .pdf, .xlsx)
  2. Press Save in Reports interface to save your inputs in the Templates cache
  3. Press Schedule in Reports interface to automatically send reports by email or network share via the Scheduler
